BBP_SEARCH_SEPARATOR - Definition of Separators for Multiple Entries in Search

Using Business Add-In (BAdI) BBP_SEARCH_SEPARATOR, you can define the separators that you wish to use for the search in the multiple entry field.
Multiple entries in search fields are not supported for SRM 6.0 user interfaces that have been converted to web dynpro.
In the standard the Business Add-In is active.
It provides the following method:
Implement and activate the BAdI if you wish to create/change separators for the search. You can define two export parameters (separators) in this BAdI.
Note that you can only define characters of length 1 and type Charas separators. Observe capitalization.
The separators:
- EV_SEPARATOR_RANGE
- Separator for an area that separates fromand to (for example, 1-4, here the separator is "-").
- EV_SEPARATOR_SINGLE
- Separator for single values and multiple areas (for example, 1; 2; 3-4, here the separator is ";").
