BBP_SUS_TABDEF - Make Field Control Settings for Tables

You use this IMG activity to define how tables are displayed on the SAP Supplier Self-Services (SUS) user interface.

You define

• How columns and column types based on a DDIC structure are displayed

• Example:
  Field name NUMBER_INT and UI type LINK

• For more information, see the IMG activity Define Field Types of Table Fields .

• How column headings are displayed

• Example:
  Alias for field OTR entry BBP_SUS_UI/POSITION

• Column order

• Example:
  Column 5

• Field order within a column

• Example:
  Item 1

• Actions (click)

• We recommend that you do not change the action ID. Otherwise, you will need to make extensive modifications in the SAP SUS application.

• Graphics and your tooltips in conjunction with the field type IMAGE

• Example:
  Iterator graphic link: ICON_DELETE, graphic OTR alias: BBP_SUS_UI/DELETE.

Read the SAP Note 749196 before you overwrite the standard entries.

The field UI type is defined in the IMG activity Define Field Types of Table Fields.

You have defined the action IDs in the IMG activity Define Actions

There are dependencies with the IMG activity Define Field Types of Table Fields.

During definition, note the following:

• The column order and possible fields within a column must be precise.

Column order must not contain any gaps.

• Example:
  The sequence 1, 2, 4, 5 would cause the system to produce a short dump.

You cannot define the same entries twice in the sequence.

• Example:
  The sequence 1, 2, 2, 3, 4 would cause the system to produce a short dump.

• You can define a maximum of two non-changeable fields per column (not field types INPUT).

• Example:
  Table:CONF.DETAIL.EDIT Column:6 Item:1 Field name: ORDERED_QUAN
  Table:CONF.DETAIL.EDIT Column:6 Item:2 Field name: ORDERED_UNIT
