In this IMG activity you can specify fixed values for text types. The fixed values are dependent on the text schema and transaction type. The system displays the fixed value on the user interface (UI) in a dropdown box.

The standard system contains fixed values for the following texts:

  • Rejection reason in confirmation and invoice
  • Reason for return delivery
  1. To define fixed values, select the transaction type and click Define Fixed Values.
  2. Select the text type for which you want to create a fixed value. Enter a unique ID for the fixed value and a description. Once you have done this, the text can be translated into other languages.
  3. Save your entries.
