BBP_XML_DET_SYS - Send XML Document to Planning System

The Business Add-In BBP_XML_DET_SYSTEM provides the method SEND_TO_PLANNING. Using this method, you can decide or not whether inbound XML documents should be sent via Enterprise Buyer professional edition to the planning system.

This method is only currently being called for inbound shipping notifications.

As standard, XML documents are not sent to planning system.

In the method SEND_TO_PLANNING, the following parameters are available:

• Import

• IM_PO_NUMBER
  Number of the purchase order for which an XML document has been received.

• IM_PO_ITEM
  Purchase order item which the XML document refers to.

• IM_RTTI
  Runtime Type Information of the object called by the BAdI method. Using this parameter, it will be possible to make different XML document types from the same purchase order behave differently in future. At the moment, the BAdI is only used XML shipping notifications.

• Export

• RE_SEND_TO_PLANNING
  This indicator must be set in the BAdI so that the XML document is sent to the planning system.
