Prerequisites

The standard profiles for outbound deliveries contained in BC Set /SCWM/DLV_OUTBOUND must exist. You can achieve this by activating this BC Set, by activating the BC Set /SCWM/DLV_STANDARD, or by using a transport from client 000.

When you activate BC Sets, the system writes the values saved in the BC Set into the tables of the activation system. By doing so, the system overwrites entries that already exist in the original tables.

Note

Check whether entries already exist before activation. The system uses the data from the BC Set to overwrite entries with the same key.

For the IMG activities Define Document Types for Outbound Delivery Process and Define Item Types for Outbound Delivery Process, this BC Set only fills the fields necessary for you to use the general process. Maintain further fields if necessary, such as Relevant to Document-Related Serialization or Documentation Batch Required, or the settings for the settings for SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS).

Activation

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose SAP Menu -> Tools -> Customizing -> Business Configuration Sets -> Activate BC Sets to activate the BC Sets.

Use the activation log to check that the BC Set was activated without errors.
