BEACV_RPF_R1 - Define Rebate Profile

The rebate profile contains all necessary information that the system requires for rebate processing, and is made up of the cumulation profile, the caluculation profile and the settlement profile. It also includes the partner determination procedure that is used during rebate processing. You need to determine a rebate profile for each rebate agreement.

• You have already defined the cumulation, calculation and settlement profiles in the Implementation Guide for Customer Relationship Management under Rebate Processing → Rebate Profiles.

• You have defined a partner determination procedure in the Implementation Guide for Customer Relationship Management under Basic Functions → Partner Processing → Define Partner Determination Procedure. Keep in mind that the partner procedure has to have the settlement document (header) as the user.

1. Select New Entriesto define your rebate profile.
2. Enter an identifier in the Rebate Profile field.
3. Enter a short description for rebate profile in the Short Description field.
4. Use the input help to select the cumulation profile, calculation profile and settlement profile that should be used for the rebate profile.
5. Use the input help to select a consumable rebate profile, if applicable.
6. Enter the partner determination procedure for the rebate profile in the Partner Determination Procedure field.
7. Save your entries.
