BE_BEA_NR_DEFNRCR - Define Number Range for Collective Runs
ABAP Short Reference BAL Application Log DocumentationThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this step, you define number range intervals in the number range for collective processing runs. You can either reset the following number range intervals or transport them to a live system:
- Number range interval 01
Number range interval for collective billing runs
- Number range interval 02
Number range interval for collective cancellation runs
Number range objects can be transported as follows:
On the Display Number Range Intervals screen, choose Interval -> Transport.
Please remember to delete all intervals of the number range object in question in the destination system
- this will ensure that only the intervals you import will exist in the destination system after the
transport. The number range values that are imported are the number range values that apply at the time of the export. Dependent tables are not transported or converted.
To define a number range, you must first insert a new number range interval:
-
Choose Insert Interval.
The Insert Interval dialog box appears. - Enter an alphanumeric key (maximum: 2 characters long).
- Enter the lower and upper values of the number range interval. Remember that the intervals may not overlap with each other - in other words, each number may occur only once.
- Choose Insert.
- Save your entries.
-
Note:
The last number currently assigned from the number range interval in question is displayed in the Current number field.
