Incentive and Sales Force Management (ISF) is an application that lets you use incentives and commissions as well as all the functions of portfolio assignment and credentialing in order to improve your business results and better motivate your partners and workforce.
With ISF you can define uniform, transparent business models or introduce new products and sales channels in a short period of time. The following process components and business functions are available to control the activities of the sales force, managers, employees and partners.

If you intend to run ISF in a completely new system, you must call the SAP Reference IMG (transaction SPRO) and select the required business functions in the first IMG activity Activate Business Functions for the Enterprise Extension EA-ICM (Incentive and Sales Force Management).
