BOOKSTXD_SF - BOOKSTXD SF

The online documentation "Style and Layout Set Maintenance" shows you, the administrator, the ways in which styles and layout sets can be used.

It presents basic information about styles and layout sets in SAPscript, some of which is included in the online documentation "Word Processing in the SAPscript Editor".

You can use styles to define the appearance of your document. Text layout is therefore controlled by paragraph and character formats. You can use a style to highlight character strings or whole paragraphs. Every text can be assigned a style.

Layout sets, on the other hand, are used to control the page layout of your documents. Application-specific layout sets are therefore used in SAP applications, for example, invoice layout sets. These layout sets have an appropriate structure, they include, for example, an address header, item lines, a footer, etc.

More detailed information and examples are provided in order to illustrate how styles and layout sets are maintained.
