BPEOP_RFC_DEST - Make RFC Settings

In this Customizing activity, you can assign RFC destinations to the systems you defined for the business partner end of purpose (EoP) check. This is a mandatory step if the communication between systems during a blocking/ unblocking process should be performed via RFC connection,

Note: Since these settings are different for development, quality and production systems, they cannot be transported and must therefore be separately maintained in each system.

• You have defined systems for business partner master data blocking/ unblocking in Customizing activity Define Systems.

• You have defined the required RFC destinations in transaction SM59.

To make the necessary settings for a system, follow below steps:

1. Choose New Entries from the application toolbar.
2. In the System column, enter the name of the system you registered in Customizing activity Define Systems. The system description will automatically be filled.
3. In the RFC Destinationcolumn, call up the value help (F4) and choose an RFC destination that you want to assign to the system. Make sure that you have defined an RFC destination in transaction SM59 before maintaining the technical settings.
