This Customizing activity presents a consolidated status of Business Partner (BP) migration. The information is divided into two categories:

  • Master Data Migration Status
  • Execution Status

Master Data Migration Status

This section informs you on the status of the Master data. This includes the following categories:

  • Business partners
  • Patients
  • Patients with Provisional Master Data

You are informed about the number of records migrated, and also the number of records not migrated. For clearer statistics, you are also given the percentage details of the migrated or not migrated records.

The application log and the execution status (of the last execution in productive mode) for each category of records are also available.

Execution Status

This section contains general information about the migration status, which includes the following:

  • Current Migration State
This gives you the current phase details of BP migration.
  • Currently Running Step
This informs you of the step that is currently running, if any. If a step is running, it provides you with the start date and time of the step.
  • Last Run Step (Prod. Mode)
This informs you of the last executed step. In the case of steps other than 'confirmation steps', you are informed only for the last execution in productive mode.

The application log and the execution status (of last execution in productive mode) are also available.
