In this step, you make settings for the actions associated with the action profiles. All the action profiles added to the business partner user management application are listed here.

Here you maintain the start and schedule conditions for an action, that is, you define the circumstances under which a particular action should be scheduled or performed

The standard setup for E-Mail notifications in user management uses action profile CRM_BP_UM_NOTIFY and default settings from the action definition SMART_FORM_EMAIL.
