BP_UM_ACTION_DEF - Define Action Profiles and Actions

In this step you define actions and action profiles, which are required for action processing in user management, with respect to the business partner.

An action profile is a collection area for action definitions in a specific application. Each action profile has as many action definitions as needed for the specific application.

To use action processing in user management, work through the various steps shown in the structure on the left of the screen.

The standard action definition setup triggers a smart form to send E-Mail notifications in user management.

• You can create a new profiles and add actions to it or add action definitions to an existing profile.

• You can add new action definitions to an action profile or edit existing action definitions.

• You can modify settings like the smart form template to use, the PPF processing class and the processing method in that class, by executing this activity.

Note: When defining actions, for the determination technique, choose Determination Using Transportable Conditions.
