BW_DATAEX_RESTRICT - Limit Authorizations for Extraction

With this step you can exclude DataSources from the extraction. Data that is stored in the extract structure of this DataSource, cannot be transferred into BW.

Use this step to exclude DataSources for single BW systems from extraction.
If you want to exclude a DataSource for all connnected BW Systems from the extraction, select Edit DataSources and Application Component Hierarchy during subsequent processing, and delete the DataSource.

1. Choose New entries.
2. Choose a DataSource that you want to exclude from the extraction.
3. Choose the BW system for which you want no more data for this DataSource to be extracted.
4. In the field Excl. Extr., enter whether or not you want to exclude the DataSource from the extraction.
5. Save your entries, and specify a transport request.
