BW_DOCUMENT_SEARCHS - Creation of a Search Server Relation

In this activity you create a search/server relationship. You only need this if using document search instead of the recommended BW metadata search.
- Choose Create SSR.
- In the popup, enter a key in the Search/Server Relationship ID field.
- Choose Create SSR.
- In the Search Engine field, enter the name of the search engine.
- In the RFC Destination field, enter (TCP/IP) IMSDEFAULT (see Creating a RFC Destination in the BW System).
- In the Description field, enter a description for the search/server relationship.
- Choose Save.

Return to the previous dialog box.
- Select the newly created search/server relationship in the table.
- Choose Set SSR as Default.
- In the confirmation prompt, choose Yes.
In the table, the search/server relationship is flagged as default.
Check your settings.
Choose the RFC Destinations tab. Two RFC destinations are listed for the search/server relationship - one for 'I' (index) and one for 'S' (search).
- Select the entry for the RFC destination with = I.
- In Search Machine Settings, press Connection Test.
