COCB510 - Define and Set Up Control Recipe Destinations

In this IMG activity, you make the following settings for the control recipe destinations you want to use in your plant:

• You define the control recipe destinations with their addresses and add the following additional information if required:

• Information on the type of signature used in PI sheets (for example, signature with password check or

digital_signature

• Data that controls system performance during PI sheet display

• Details on the sequence in which material-related process instructions are generated in the process order

• You assign the process instruction categories that are suitable for this control system to control recipe destinations of type external control system.

• You specify the process instructions that are to be generated in the process order when a control recipe is created for a control recipe destination.

• For the transfer of control instructions with XSteps to an external system, the Generation of XSteps Blocks indicator must be set. (Further information on the use of XSteps in the connection of external systems is available in the SAP Library under Production Planning Process Industries -> Process Management -> XSteps ).

Control recipe destinations are assigned to the phases of the master recipe and the process order. In the process order, one control recipe is created and sent for each control recipe destination assigned to the order.

1. Define control recipe destinations
2. Assign process instruction categories
3. Set process instructions to be generated automatically
