COD_GOS_SRV_REQUEST - BAdI Implementation for enabling attachment replication to external system

For replicating attachments from ERP to C4C we make use of an implementation of the BAdI GOS_SRV_REQUEST. This is a single use BAdI intented primarly for customer consumption. Hence the standard implementation we provide COD_GOS_SRV_REQUEST is shipped with status as deactivated.
If you want to enable attachment replication from ERP to C4C then the BAdI implementation COD_GOS_SRV_REQUEST has to be activated.
Steps to activate the BAdI implementation.
·,,Execute this IMG activity. on COD_GOS_SRV_REQUEST.
·,,The system asks for a transport request. Select the appropriate transport request and save.
·,,Executing the activity in this IMG node will activate the BAdI implementation COD_GOS_SRV_REQUEST if it is in inactive state and vice versa.
Alternatively you can go to transaction SE19, select the implementation COD_GOS_SRV_REQUEST in change mode and activte via menu 'Implemnation -> Activate'.
In case you have a custom implementation already in use for the BAdI in your system then follow the below steps to enable attachment replication without disrupting your custom logic.
·,,Go to your implementation and make sure that filters 'PCATTA_CREA', 'URL_CREA' and 'VIEW_ATTA' are defined. You can refer the implementation GOS_SRV_REQUEST for this.
·,,Go to class CL_IM_COD_GOS_SRV_REQUEST which is the implementation class for COD_GOS_SRV_REQUEST.
·,,Create a copy of the event handlers 'SO_ATTACHMENT_REPLIC' and 'SO_ATTACHMENT_DELETE' in your implementation class or refer to them from your class.
·,,Call the method IF_EX_GOS_SRV_REQUEST~START_SERVICE of class CL_IM_COD_GOS_SRV_REQUEST from the same method of your implementation class.
