Perform this step. Locking the RFC user deactivates data exchange via the Communication Station.

Mobile users trying to connect to the CRM Server will then get a message saying that the user was locked.

As an alternative to locking the RFC user, you can deactivate the Communication Station itself by performing one of the folllowing tasks:

  • disable the user of the desination in the DCOM Connector,
  • delete the default destination of the QMT component., or
  • stop the MTS.
