COMV_PARTNER_FT4 - Activate Territory Determination for Partners in Business Transaction

You can activate territory determination for partners in business transactions. You do this by maintaining the following customizing settings for the relevant partner function category:

In the standard system, these settings are maintained for the following partner function categories:
- 0005 (employee)
- 0008 (person responsible)
Territory data for only one partner function category is transferred to SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW). The system finds the first partner function category for which settings are maintained, in the following order:
- 0008
- 0005
- The lowest number
In the standard system, territory data is transferred for partner function category 0008.
The system transfers territory data for the first partner function that is assigned to the partner function category. You assign partner functions to a partner function category in the IMG under Basic Functions -> Partner Processing -> Define Partner Functions. In the standard system, the system transfers territory data for the partner function 00000014(employee responsible).
If you want to use territory determination also for other partner function categories, then maintain the customizing settings mentioned above for the relevant partner function category.
If you want to disable the territory determination for partner function category 0005 or 0008, then delete the settings for the relevant partner function category.
