COM_IOITF_IMG_14 - Maintain Save API for Object Type

In this IMG activity, you link a save API to your object type.

You may choose any two-character identifier for your object type, but you must pass this same identifier in the slave object typefield (TRIGGERING_APPL_OBJECT_TYPE) of the application context when you raise an event. Based on the supplied slave object type, IOITF determines the save API to call.

The save API must be created.

The save APIfor individual objects (object type = 01) is CL_COM_IOITF_INDOBJ_SAVEand the save API for event history (object type = 02) is CL_COM_IOITF_EHIO_SAVE.
