COPOC110 - Define Process Manufacturing Cockpits

In this IMG activity, you define process manufacturing cockpits that you want to use in your plant. You specify the following:

• The name and description of the cockpit

• The process instruction categories assigned to the cockpit

• The information to be passed on in the process instructions (characteristic assignment)

1. You define a cockpit for your plant.
   Define Process Manufacturing Cockpit
2. You assign process instructions to the cockpit.
   Assign Process Instructions to Cockpit
3. You assign characteristics to the process instructions.
   Assign PI Characteristics to Cockpit
4. You activate the cockpit.
   To ensure that you can access a cockpit in transaction COPOC - Start Manufacturing Cockpit, you must have already activated it.
