CPEV_SURCHARGE - Define Surcharge Rule

In this IMG activity you define surcharge rules for the commodity pricing engine (CPE). After calculating the commodity rate, the surcharge rule is used to perform further calculations such as deductions or surcharges.

You can define an absolute surcharge as a percentage, which is calculated using two factors. The exact calculation depends on the CPE surcharge routine used.

If you want to use your own surcharge routines, they must first be defined.

The following namespaces are valid for the routines:

0000000 - 0009999: General CPE routines from SAP
0010000 - 0019999: Industry-specific routines from SAP
0020000 - 0029999: Routines from SAP partners
0030000 - 0099999: Customer-specific routines
0100000 - 9999999: not used yet

The following namespaces are valid for the rules:

0000000000 - 0ZZZZZZZZZ: General CPE rules from SAP
1000000000 - 8ZZZZZZZZZ: Industry-specific rules from SAP
9000000000 - 9ZZZZZZZZZ: Rules from SAP partners
A000000000 - ZZZZZZZZZZ: Customer-specific rules
