CPRO_PRP_SYNCHRON - Transfer Changes to Assignment from Groupware

In Project Resource Planning (PRP), you can send assignments to resources as groupware tasks. If the assignment is changed in PRP, the groupware task is automatically adjusted in line with the change.

In this activity, you can automatically transfer changes (including deletions) that the resource makes to the groupware task from the groupware to Project Resource Planning.

The following changes can be automatically transferred:

• Start of the groupware task

• Finish of the groupware task

• Subject line of the groupware task

• You use Project Management in SAP CRM 4.0, and use middleware.

• The relevant assignment has been created in Project Resource Planning and send as a groupware task.

1. In the Implementation Guide, choose Project Management -> Resource Management -> Workforce Management Core (WFM Core) -> WFM Event Handler -> Specify Event Handling for WFM Objects
2. Choose New Entries.
3. For the Application Connection, enter the logical system of your PRP system, the
   application category subscriberPRP, and the PRP_WFM_EVENT_CALLBACK function module.
4. Select the application connection and choose Generic Subscription Objects.
5. Enter the following data:
1. Application category: PRP
   Subscr.category: Assignment
   Event category: Deleted
2. Application category: PRP
   Subscr.category: Assignment
   Event category: Modified
6. Save your data.
