CREATE_BRFPLUS_APPL - Create BRFplus Application

In this Customizing activity, you create a BRFplus application by using transaction BRFplus.

For more information, search for ‘Business Rule Framework plus (BRFplus)’ in the relevant version of SAP S/4HANA on SAP Help Portal.

  1. To create a BRFplus application in the workbench, use transaction BRFplus.
  2. Choose Create Applicationand then make an entry in the following fields:
    1. In the Namefield, enter a name.
    2. In the Storage Type field, select Customizing.
    3. Deselect the Create Local Application checkbox.
    4. If required, enter your own development package in the Development Packagefield.
The Software Componentfield is filled automatically.
  1. Choose Create And Navigate To Object.
  • If the application is for configurable parameters and formulas (CPF) in pricing, in your created application, under Detail -> Properties, select CL_PR_CPF_BRFPLUS_APPL_EXITin the Application Exit Classfield. This class enables the pricing-specific conversion.
    • If you're creating an application for CPF in sales, skip this step.
    1. Activate the application.
