CRMC_CANC_CODEPROF - Define Code Groups and Code Group Profiles

In this step, you assign code groups and code group profiles to a catalog.
You can combine several codes (cancellation reasons) under one code group.
In this activity, you set:
- Which code groups are contained in a catalog, and what meaning the code group has
- Which codes (cancellation reasons) are contained in a code group
By combining codes and code groups, you can sort the cancellation reasons into a hierarchy, for example, according to a general cancellation reason or a specific cancellation reason.
Example 1
The code group "cancelling party" contains the codes (cancellation reasons):
- Change to competitor
- Change to newer product
- Not satisfied with service
Example 2 (cancellation reasons sorted into hierarchy)

SAP delivers the catalog
We recommend that you do not change the available code groups, codes or code group profiles, but that you copy and adjust them as necessary.
Define K - cancellation reasons code groups for the catalog, or
use the delivered (contract parties).
