CRMC_CHM_LD_WF_CUST - Select Workflow Template for Lead Distribution

This activity enables you to select one of two available workflow templates, which can be used to distribute leads from the brand owner to channel partners in the Channel Management context. After deciding on the workflow template, you must activate the start event linking for this workflow template.
The following table provides details on the workflow templates available for selection:
| Workflow Template | Description | Distribution Method |
|---|---|---|
| WS13100008 | Lead Processing by External Partner | Via the SAP Enterprise Portal; Partner users must have access to the Portal where they can view, accept, or decline leads to them. |
| WS15100054 | Lead Distribution via Interactive Form | Via e-Mail that contains an interactive form with important lead-related information; Partner users can also relay answers to the brand owner using the interactive form. |
NOTE: You must activate the start event linking for only one workflow template.
- Choose Activate Event Linkingand activate the start event linking of the Workflow template to be used for lead distribution to channel partners.
- If you use the WS13100008 Lead Processing by External PartnerWorkflow template, do the following:
- Choose Assign Agents.
- Set the attribute General taskfor the task TS13107917 in the Workflow template WS13100008.
