CRMC_DAM_AC_LOIO - Map LOIO Properties of Class System to Auth. Object DAM_ASSET

You use this IMG activity to specify authorization fields PROPERTY_1 to PROPERTY_5 of the DAM_ASSET authorization object.
Furthermore, you also specify here the source of these properties, and whether these properties are part of the digital asset itself or a version of the digital asset.
- Note
- If you already manage digital assets in your system, you should always execute report CRM_DAM_UPDATE_BS_TABLES after making changes in this IMG activity and, if required, restructure any existing KM index.
- You have assigned initial values under Mapping of initial values in the context of the authorization check.
- You have created the properties in Property Management and assigned it to your CRM_DAM characteristic category in the classification system.
- You have entered the name of your characteristic category under the DAM_CLASSNAME key in Maintain General Settings in DAM.
- You have implemented SAP Notes 22602 (Update termination when creating a characteristic ) and 10745 (Copying classification data to another client).
The following authorization fields are delivered in the standard system and you cannot change them:
- DAMDOCTYPE
- PHIODOCSTA
- PHIOSECSTA
Be aware that only the following combinations of source and level are possible at present:
- CL - Asset
- Here you can specify all characteristics originating from the characteristic class you entered in den Maintain General Settings in DAM under the key DAM_CLASSNAME.
- CM - Asset Version
- Here you can enter the properties DAM_HAS_RIGHT or DAM_RIGHT_INVALID.
