You can rebuild the end of business data used for the End of Purpose Check (EoP) using the Rebuild Retention Information(CRMC_EOP_IDX_REBUILD) report. This allows you to perform the EoP check on your business partner data.

The system sets the following information for the business partner to be able to perform the EoP check when the status of the business transaction is set to Completed:

  • Business partner
  • Start of retention date (SORT)
