CRMC_IOBJ_FIN_STATE - Change Internal Status of Objects

You can use this transaction to manually change the status of objects with the status Not Yet Available for Leasing to the status Available for Remarketing in Leasing, after checking the leasing objects.

You can also use the transaction to reset a manual status change; you can reset the status of objects that have already been set to Available for Remarketing in Leasing to Not Yet Available for Leasing.

The system changes the status of each object when you execute and save the transaction.

In addition to the change function, which is only available for the status changes listed above, the transaction also enables you to analyze the possible statuses of all individual objects. The following display options are available:

• Display all objects with the status Not Yet Available for Leasing:
  This helps you to identify all the objects that still require a manual status change.

• Display all objects with the status Available for Remarketing in Leasing:
  This helps you to identify all the objects whose status you have already changed.

• Display all objects in the system regardless of their internal status:
  This gives you a complete overview of the status of all existing objects, which provides information about the processing status of the corresponding leased objects.

1. Select the object by object ID, object family, category, and logical system. Indicate whether you want to list all the objects for selection, only those objects with the status Not Yet Available for Leasing, or only those objects with the status Available for Remarketing in Leasing.
2. Depending on your selection, proceed as follows:

• Select all the objects with the status Not Yet Available for Leasing:
  Highlights the objects that you want to release and choose Release for Remarketing. The system sets the new internal status (Available for Remarketing in Leasing) when you choose Save.

• Select all the objects with the status Available for Remarketing in Leasing:
  Highlight the objects whose status you want to reset and choose Cancel Release. The system sets the new internal status (Not Yet Available for Leasing) when you choose Save.

• Select all the objects in the system:
  Analyze the statuses of the objects. Release any not yet available objects for remarketing or cancel the release of individual objects as necessary.
