In this activity you make client-specific settings for the telecommunications industry.

You must record the identification type, which is used to identify the business partner during access in the Interaction Center, in the ID type field. The identification type must be valid for individuals. SAP provides identification type IST001 for this.

You define the type of creditworthiness check that is performed in the Creditworthiness Check field.

You record the filter value for the BAdI implementation (Business Add-In CRM_FSCM_LIABILTY_CHECK) in the Commitment Filter Value field during the commitment update. The system accesses the BAdI implementation during the commitment update in SAP credit management. You can implement additional checks and generate partner confirmations. SAP supplies the TELCO_CHECK filter value for the commitment update.

You record a BRF event in the BRF event field to determine prices for items in telecommunications orders according to change processes. SAP supplies the event 0PRC_01, which you can use as a template for customer-specific BRF events. This BRF event must be suitable for mapping the change processes executed to the single value attribute Pricing process (see IMG activity Define Pricing Processes). You can then use this attribute in condition tables.
