In this activity you define the parameters for address management.

For example, you can specify that the premise address is copied automatically during a sales process or when creating a quotation and that the address in question is used as the standard address if the data is copied automatically.

You can also define whether the validity and the use of a premise address is limited with regard to time when you end a contract.

You also have the option of defining which default value is entered in the Country/Region field when you create a new address.

You can make all settings separately according to the item category (quotation and contract), so that certain parameters are only valid for certain item categories.
