CRMC_LEAS_FIXGRD - Edit Fixation Groups

In this IMG activity, you define new fixation groups for pricing and assign the related condition types. You either assign the fixation groups to a general document system status or to a specific pricing process.

The system determines a fixation group for each item. It does this as follows:

• First it performs a search for a fixation group using the system status of the item or of the corresponding financing item

• If it cannot find such a fixation group, the system searches for a fixation group according to the pricing process

• If it cannot find a fixation group, the system does not fix conditions for the item

If a document condition is fixed in the target item, the system copies this document condition (if available) from the source to the target item. The IMG activity Define Copying Control for Item Categories remains unaffected.
However, you can use fixation groups to copy document conditions that are based on data record sources; although the system ignores the copying control for these conditions.

1. Define a fixation group by entering a four-character key and a corresponding short text.
2. Assign one or more condition types to the fixation group.
3. Assign a document system status and/or a pricing process to the fixation group.
