In this IMG activity you control the residence times for archiving CRM marketing projects.

Example

Your company has decided that campaigns should always be archived 365 days after they were created.

Activities

1. Enter the transaction type in the field Object Class. There are 5 object classes:
   MP: Marketing Plan
   CP: Campaign
   TP: Trade Promotion
   DL: Deal
   AC: All of the above
2. Enter the residence time in days in the field Residence Time.
