You can transfer the territory hierarchy of the CRM server application to the mobile client using this program.

The following options are available:

• Initial Transfer

Transfers the current territory hierarchy from the CRM server application to CRM Mobile.

Prerequisite: You have defined the territory hierarchy in the CRM server application, and you have created or imported territories.

We recommend that you execute this program after importing territories to CRM server applications.

• Delta Download

This program transfers changes to territories from the CRM server application to CRM Mobile.

• Transferring Validity Periods

Deletes invalid data from CRM Mobile and transfers the data that will be valid from the following day.

We recommend that you execute this program at 0:00 after transferring the organizational model.

• Transferring Assignment of Products to Territories

Transfers the assignment of products to individual territories.

Territories are assigned product categories in the CRM server application. In the transfer to CRM Mobile, these are resolved and territories are assigned individual products of the product category.

You can schedule these programs to run regularly as background jobs, if required.
