Map partner functions of Service to partner functions that belong to other areas.

In this activity, you can map partner functions of Service to partner functions that belong to other areas, for example to Sales and Distribution (SD).

This mapping is required, for example, for processing follow-up transactions, such as sales orders and billing documents, or to make the relevant partner functions available for equipment processing in the interaction center, or in maintenance service for processing the follow-up maintenance orders.

You have defined partner functions in Service.

The standard settings include the SD partner functions that correspond to the main partner functions of Service.

Choose the partner function for Service that you want to map to the corresponding SD partner function and map it to the SD partner function.
