You use this IMG activity to determine object links that you can execute in a Quick CreateiView. An object link is defined by the assignment of an iView to a role and the assignment of the object link to a Quick CreateiView. You can define object links that call separate dialog boxes or can be executed inplace on the Portal Desktop.

You have fulfilled the following prerequisites:

• You have created the key for the Quick Create iView for which you want to determine the object links.

• You have created the jump targets forObject Link Navigation in the roles assigned to the user.

In the standard system of the Business Package for SAP CRM 5.0, object links have already been created in the portal roles in the Quick Create iViews.

You can only create new table entries or change existing ones in your own namespace (Z*, Y*).

All table entries are client-specific.

1. Create the key data.
1. Role: An object link is displayed exclusively for users of a specific role.
2. iView key: Describes the key that identifies the iView. An object link is always defined for only one iView that has a specific key.
3. Sort sequence: Determines the sequence in which the object links are displayed in the iView.
2. Create the data for execution of the object link.
1. Displayed name : Object link title displayed in the iView.
2. CRM object type: Describes the CRM object type of the object link navigation.
3. CRM method: Describes the CRM method of the object link navigation.
4. URL parameter: Transfer parameter of the application called by the object link.
5. New window: Specifies whether the application is called in a separate dialog box.
