CRMC_SRQM_PRFNFS - Set Up Fact Sheet Buttons

In this Customizing activity, you can provide an access to fact sheets. By maintaining service requests, users than are able to access information about the sold-to-party or other partners in the transaction.

• You have implemented the partner processing function. For more information, see Customizing of Customer Relationship Management under Basic Functions -> Partner Processing.

• You have implemented the fact sheet function. For more information, see SAP Library under Master Data -> Business Partners -> Functions -> Fact Sheet.

In the standard system, no fact sheets can be accessed.

1. Enter the transaction type for which you want to provide access to a fact sheet.
2. Enter the partner function. It determines whose data are to be displayed in the fact sheet.
3. Enter a text for the menu entry. If you leave this field empty, the system will use the text Fact Sheet.
