CRMPHA_BUPA_SPEC04 - Define Function

In this IMG activity you determine the functions which can be assigned to a business partner in the pharmaceutical industry.

In this way the attribute "function" describes his activity.
Generally, this is connected with an organization in which the business partner fills an established position.

The function refers to persons (or the relevant professions).
It depends on the group to which a business partner belongs.

Start the report CRMPHA_LOAD_CDBPHA_BP_STV before you carry out the activities, in order to adjust the types of the qualifications/activities for the data exchange with CRM Mobile.

A number of functions are supplied as standard settings.

1. Choose New Entries.
2. State the required data for the key and the description of the function.

The key is assigned manually. It consists of a sequence of up to five arbitrary characters.

1. Save the data.
