CRMPHA_SAMNGT_04 - Activate Pharma-Specific Applications

In this IMG activity, you determine which additional data you can enter on a business partner from the pharmaceuticals industry in the business partner dialog. Depending on the indicator set, you can enter data on the following areas:

PHA1: Data on professional/organizational grouping
PHA2: Additional data on qualification and activity
PHA3: Data on market segmentation
PHA5: DEA schedules
CHM: The territory ID in the transaction CRMD_PROF_TEMPL (Maintain Attribute Sets)
CMS1: Pharmaceuticals-specific attributes for the business partner for chargeback processes

In the locator, you can search for business partners according to different attributes. If you want to show the search fields for a search based on pharma-specific attributes, you must make the relevant entries in transaction LOCA_CUST.

Once you have activated the pharmaceuticals fields using transaction LOCA_CUST, you must also activate them in the exit manager for the interface.

Show fields for business partner search based on pharma-specific attributes:

  1. Start transaction LOCA_CUST.
  2. Select the entry Search IDs in the left structure tree and choose New entries.
  3. Make the following entries for CRMPHA_BUPA_ALL_COMB
  • Locator search ID: CRMPHA_BUPA_ALL_COMB

  • Short description: Search help Pharma BP: Locator ID all business partners

  • Screen text: Pharma attributes

  • Function module: CRMPHA_BP_DIALOG_SEARCH

  • Program name: SAPLCRMPHA_BP_DIALOG_SEARCH

  • Screen number: 3220

  • Big screen : 3320

  1. Make the following entries for CRMPHA_BUPA_ORGANIZATION_COMB
  • Locator search ID: CRMPHA_BUPA_ORGANIZATION_COMB

  • Short description: Search help Pharma BP: Locator ID organization

  • Screen text: Pharma attributes

  • Function module: CRMPHA_BP_DIALOG_SEARCH

  • Program name: SAPLCRMPHA_BP_DIALOG_SEARCH

  • Screen number: 3210

  • Big screen : 3310

  1. Make the following entries for CRMPHA_BUPA_PERSON_COMB
  • Locator search ID: CRMPHA_BUPA_PERSON_COMB

  • Short description: Search help Pharma BP: Locator ID person

  • Screen text: Pharma attributes

  • Function module: CRMPHA_BP_DIALOG_SEARCH

  • Program name: SAPLCRMPHA_BP_DIALOG_SEARCH

  • Screen number: 3200

  • Big screen : 3300

  1. To activate the pharamceuticals fields in the exit manager for the interface, choose transaction SE16.
  2. Choose table V_TBZJ4C.
  3. Activate the following entries:
  • CRMPH1: Special Check When Creating Area-Dependent Relationships

  • CRMPHA: SAP BP Function Exit, Pharma Extension
