CRMS4V_SOM_BRFPA - Assignment of BRF+ Applications

In this Customizing activity, you can assign existing BRFplus applications. The assignment defines the context where the functions of this BRFplus application can be used. For each context, SAP delivers a template BRFplus application. If no BRFplus functions are needed for a context, you maintain no entry for it.

The following assignments are related to the maintenance of subscription contracts:

  • Change Process Definition

With these BRFplus functions, you can determine if a change process is available for a subscription contract.
Delivered template application: CRMS4_SOM_CHNG_PROCESS

The following assignments are related to the maintenance of subscription product-specific data:

  • Discount/Charge Activation
With these BRFplus functions, you can determine if a discount/charge is activated in a subscription order.
Delivered template application: CRMS4_SOM_PROD_DISC_CHRG
  • Charge Plan Activation
With these BRFplus functions you can determine if a charge plan is activated in a subscription contract.
Delivered template application: CRMS4_SOM_PROD_CHARGE_PLAN
  • External Object Activation
With these BRFplus functions, you can determine if an external object is activated in a subscription order/contract.

With these BRFplus functions, you can determine the value of a date parameter of an external object.

The following assignments are related to the maintenance of allowance definition groups:

  • Allowance in Contract Creation
With these BRFplus functions, you can determine if an allowance is created in SAP CC during contract creation.

  • Allowance in Contract Change
With these BRFplus functions, you can determine if an allowance is created in SAP CC during contract change.
Delivered template application: CRMS4_SOM_ALLOW_CONTRACT_CHG

The BRFplus application must already be created.

For each assignment, a template BRFplus application is delivered. If this template BRFplus application does not fit your requirements, you can create and assign your own BRFplus application. However, it is important that all functions of this application use the same context as the functions in the template application.

For the assignment "Change Process Definition", the BRFplus application CRMS4_SOM_CHNG_PROCESS is used as default if nothing is maintained here.

For all other assignments, no default is defined.

To assign a BRFplus application, follow this procedure:

  1. Select New Entries.
  2. Select an existing Assignment for the application.
  3. Enter the relevant BRFplus Application Name.
  4. Save your entries.
