In this Customizing activity, you will define the mapping between the Checklist template elements and Service Order Header/Item fields.
When a checklist instance is created for a service item in S/4 system, system can prefill the instance elements. This mapping will be used to determine default values from the Service Order Header/Item fields.
To create mapping for a particular template element, proceed as follows:
1. Choose 'New Entries' button or press F5 key.
2. You can enter the following details:
- Template ID.
Enter the ID of the checklist template. Use the value help to identify the template ID using its name and description.
- FSM Element ID
Enter the FSM Element ID of a template element. Use the value help to check the elements of a checklist template or to identify the FSM element using its description.
- Table Row
The Row number of the table element to which the value should be prefilled.
- Series Index
The Index of the series element to which the value should be prefilled.
- Field Name
Enter the Service Order header/item field. Use the value help to identify the Field name using its description.
3. Save your field mapping.
