Utilities Business Layer (BL) objects are used as business process logic, which acts as an API interface between the business object layers (BOL). Whilst the BOL is relevant to the display on the user interface, BL is relevant for the functions on which the objects are based.

In this activity, you can make client-specific adjustments that override the standard settings.

You have derived your own developments using the information from the activity " Define Utilities Business Layer Objects", and created your own objects on the basis of this information.

The methods that you override for specific clients can for example be used in the summary of the guided activities in sales contract management or in the BOL tree.
