This Customizing document gives an overview about API methods for searching, accessing and creating transactional data and master data such as business transactions, business partners, cases, Social Services documents and the option of creating according system messages.

All Social Services specific API methods can be found in class CL_CRM_PS_BRFP_API.

The method EXECUTE_1O_SEARCH allows the search of business transactions.
