CRMS4_SC_I_DTEM - Specify Item Filtering Option for Contract Determination

You can specify the item filtering option by product list/object list for service contract determination in each given item category.

You can use this Customizing activity to define whether the system can find service contract items whose object list or product list is empty when service contract determination happens. The following options are available:

• (Space): No Filter

The system finds and displays service contract items whose object or product list is empty during service contract determination.

• A: Ignore Service Contract Item with Empty Object List / Product List

The system does not find or display service contract items whose object list or product list is empty during service contract determination.

Note: The filtering options of object list and product list work together in "AND" relationship for each service contract item.
