CRMUT_CHCPIT_ARCHIVE - Archiving of Check Runs

You can use transaction SARA (Archive Administration) to archive complete check runs.
The related archiving object is CRM_ISU_CC.
Starting the action stores the check run in the archiving file.
The most obvious filter criteria for the archiving run is the outdated indicator.
This indicator is set for an older check run if the identical complete check is repeated.
Additional filter criteria are the check the run number, the execution date and the completion date.
The action Writedoes not delete the check runs.
The action Deletewill deletes the archived check runs from the database and writes an index to find/read the checks in the archive.
A prerequisite for writing the index is to define and activate archiving structure SAP_CRM_ISU_CC.
You can also define here which fields the index should include. For example: CHECK_CLASS, ERRORS, CHECK_ID, RUN_NO, EXECUTED_AT, COMPLETED_AT, CREATED_BY and CREATED_AT.
