Use this activity to complete the settings for technical IS-U objects.

For F4 help in the locator and the interfaces for technical objects in the application area, you can manually maintain customizing in transaction ECRM_ISU_CUST_TO, or directly transfer it from IS-U, using a report (the Automatic data transfer button below the table). To display the result of the data transfer, you must recall the transaction, or select the Display <> Change button twice. The following Customizing objects can be loaded:

  • IS-U divisions (not identical to the CRM division)
  • IS-U division category allocation
  • IS-U consumption types
  • IS-U point of delivery categories
