CRMUT_MAP_CLA_CAT - Define Mapping of Class/Action to Categories

In this activity, you maintain the mapping of the contact categories to the categories of the customer management activity.

This is only necessary if you want to use the multi-level categorization for the IS-U contact replication.

The categories of the activities are displayed in the view Interactionsof the overview page of the Utilities Interaction Center.

You must maintain an appropriate categorization schema in the business role IC_MANAGER of the IC Web client.
