CRMUT_PROFILE_ARCHIV - Define Residence Times for Archiving

In this activity you define the minimum retention periods for archiving profiles in a CRM system.
Archive administration is used to archive CRM profiles. The archiving object is CRM_ISUPRO.
A retention period defined here does not affect the archiving of profiles from an external system (such as EDM). However, you can also define how old a profile from an external system must be before the CRM_ISU_ARC_PROFILE_POST postprocessing program is used to set its status to "Deleted".
Regardless of the retention period, a profile must also fulfil other criteria before it can be archived. For example, the profile must not be in use in a contract or quotation.

You enter the storage location CRM and the retention period 365 Days to define that CRM profiles can only be archived if the Valid To date is older that 1 year.
