In this Customizing activity, you can change the settings for rights availability scenarios and status profiles in the rights availability analysis (RAA). You cannot, however, create new entries.

You can change the following:

  • Description of rights availability scenarios.
  • Description and processing codes for the status profiles.
  • Name, description, and role codes for the detail status.
  • Description, icon, and IP availability codes for the aggregated status.
  • Default mode for a scenario. You can define whether this is manual or automatic, or leave it blank as is by default. If you choose manual, you must specify the rights criteria in the IP Selection step manually. If you choose the automatic mode, the system copies the default rights criteria from the Availability Criteria step to the IP Selection step. Leaving the default blank selection makes the system behaves as if automatic mode were selected.
  • Default print form for a scenario. A default template is delivered in the General Request scenario. The template name is SFPF_CRM_IPM_RAA_REQUEST. You can modify this template to extend it to another print form, as desired.

NOTE: The processing codes, role codes, and IP availability codes are only used for enterprise services.

You do not have to maintain anything if you wish to use the standard settings.

  • Copy the settings from view cluster CRMVCL_IPM_RAA to this Customizing activity. To do so, proceed as follows:
  1. Use transaction SM34 to open the view cluster.
  2. Transfer each entry to the corresponding Customizing entry.
NOTE
Ensure that you transfer the entries as they are defined in the view cluster, especially when copying the key fields. The RAA does not work if the key fields are copied incorrectly.
  1. Modify the entries you copied to meet your needs.
  • To see a list of icons supported, proceed as follows:
  1. Start transaction SE80.
  2. In the repository browser, select BSP Application from the dropdown list.
  3. Enter THTMLB_STYLES.
  4. Choose MIMEs → sap_skins → default → images.
The GIF files below the Imagesnode are the icons that you can use in Customizing.
  1. Select an icon if you wish to display it.
  2. To define the default mode for a scenario, use the dropdown list for the Rights Criteria column.
  3. To define a default print form for a scenario, select the scenario and click the Forms folder in the dialog structure. Select the checkbox in the Default column for a form to define it as the default form.
