The visibility of a fact sheet in the UI is controlled by the PFCG role.

In this Customizing activity, you assign the PFCG role to determine which users can access the fact sheet on the business partner overview page.

You also define which assignment blocks are chosen for the PDF version of the fact sheet.

You have made the required settings in the Maintain Fact Sheet Customizing activity under UI Framework.
